Your Tasks
- Manufacturing our products according to a specified formula.
- Monitoring production and taking action when errors occur.
- Operating our machines and equipment to manufacture our products.
- Ensuring throughput and quality through product sampling.
- Laboratory work related to product formulation.
- Assist the shift supervisor in managing and monitoring the smooth flow of production.
- Monitoring compliance with safety regulations and the proper handling of raw materials in accordance with hazardous materials regulations.
- Close collaboration with production management and quality assurance to optimize processes.
Your Profile
- Successful completion of an apprenticeship as a paint lab technician (m/f/d), chemical technician (m/f/d), chemical production specialist, or a comparable technical qualification.
- Several years of experience in chemical production, ideally in a (deputy) management position or as a foreman.
- Safe handling of raw materials and a technical understanding of production and filling equipment.
- A strong sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and excellent communication skills.
- An independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work, combined with a high degree of reliability and a strong commitment to performance.
