Safety Guidelines for Visitors

Registration & General Information

DEAR VISITORS AND GUESTS!

On this page, we would like to briefly outline the safety and environmental requirements and rules of conduct on our premises. Adherence to these rules and standards of conduct is essential to ensuring your safety and that of our employees at all times. Please help us by acting responsibly. Thank you very much!

REGISTRATION

As a visitor, please check in at our reception desk. If you are visiting the Logistics, Facilities Management, or Operations departments—or have been assigned a task by one of these departments—please check in directly with them after consulting with the person who assigned you the task. We will register you and issue you a visitor pass for the duration of your visit, which you should wear in a clearly visible location on your person. Please do not move about our facility unaccompanied unless you have been assigned a task by us that requires it. When leaving our premises, please check out at the same location where you checked in.

GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

When moving around the premises, please be aware of forklift and delivery traffic. This is especially important when talking on the phone or using a smartphone. Recordings of any kind (photos, videos, audio recordings, etc.) may only be made with express permission. For fire-hazardous work (e.g., welding, angle grinding, hot work) as well as other hazardous work, a work permit signed off by your client and the responsible on-site personnel is required. Please do not take any documents, copies, or items with you without express permission, and maintain a safe distance from products, goods, machinery, and equipment.

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT

Personal protective equipment is required to enter our production areas! Please pay attention to the following “Mandatory” signs in the production areas and follow the instructions. Your contact person will help you select and obtain the appropriate equipment and provide you with the necessary guidance.

Various prohibition and warning signs are posted in our production areas; it is important for both our safety and yours that you observe them. If you have any questions, please contact your designated representative.
